Campaign Signage Do's & Don'ts
I've received a lot of questions about the rules pertaining to campaign signs. Campaign signage (or any signage for that matter) should not obstruct the public right of way.
Here are some examples:
WRONG
In any public right of way—tree lawn or road median—it’s prohibited to display a campaign sign.

RIGHT
Place a campaign sign in area up against your home or afix to a balcony, fence post or other permanent structure that is part of your residence. Signs may not be posted on public property such as trees, power line poles, etc.
